When should I arrive?
We welcome you to spend as much time at the Tranquility Spa as you wish. Remember that benefits are maximized when you arrive in time to prepare.

We request that you come at least 20 minutes prior to your first treatment in order to complete a comprehensive health intake form and begin your relaxation process by enjoying the serenity in the Jacuzzi and Relaxation Lounge.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Though we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving late may limit the time of your service to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment.

Is there any preparation required?
Though most of our offerings only require that you to be ready to receive, there are a few that require some preparation.

What should I wear and what should I bring?
A luxurious robe and slippers are provided. Your comfort is of our utmost concern. During your treatment, you will be discreetly draped at all times.  However, please wear what is comfortable for you. We suggest you bring a bathing suit for use in our Jacuzzi.

All other amenities for hair and body are provided. We respectfully request that you leave your cares, worries, cell phones and jewelry behind. A private locker is available to store your belongings. Please keep in mind that smoking is prohibited.

Is a tip required?
Gratuities are at the discretion of the Member/Guest.  It is customary to provide a 15%-20% gratuity for services rendered.

General Information
It is recommended that everyone should consult a physician prior to taking any spa treatment or service. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, history of a heart condition, you’re pregnant or have any physical injury or condition that has caused you any concern, please take all necessary precautions as outlined by your physician and let our team know when you book your appointments.

Cellular phones are prohibited to ensure a tranquil environment for all spa users.

Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel an appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice to avoid full charge.
